CashFlow Lite ("the App") is built with a local first philosophy. Your financial data remains under your control at all times. We do not sell, trade, rent, or monetize your personal information.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

  • Your financial transactions
  • Account balances
  • Categories, budgets, or reports
  • Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
  • Advertising identifiers

Your financial data never leaves your device except through Apple iCloud if you explicitly enable sync.

Financial Data Storage

Local Storage

All financial data is stored locally on your device using on device storage.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synchronized securely using Apple CloudKit within your private iCloud account. We do not have access to this data and cannot view, modify, or retrieve it.

Website and Support Data

We operate a minimal website and do not use persistent tracking cookies or third party analytics by default.

If you contact us through the support form, we collect only the information necessary to respond:

  • Email address
  • Name (optional)
  • Message content

This information is used solely to reply to your inquiry and is not used for marketing, profiling, or analytics.

Third Party Services

We use the following service providers for limited operational purposes:

  • Resend
    Used to deliver support emails from the website to our inbox.
  • Vercel
    Used to host our website. Vercel may collect standard, anonymous access logs for security and performance purposes.

These providers process data only as required to perform their services and do not receive access to your financial data.

Data Retention

  • Financial data remains on your device or in your private iCloud account until you delete it.
  • Support emails are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request.

Your Rights

Because we do not store your financial data on our servers, we cannot access or delete it on your behalf.

You may delete all financial data at any time by:

  • Using the in app data management tools, or
  • Deleting the App from your device

For support communications, you may request deletion of your email correspondence by contacting us.

Security

We rely on Apple platform security, including device level encryption and iCloud security mechanisms. While no system is completely immune to risk, we design the App to minimize data exposure by avoiding centralized storage.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date and publish the revised version on our website.
